Hello 3C Families,
Today we:
- Started our morning by working on the ends of our fractured fairytales.
- Used a graph to answer questions in math. Ask me to tell you how many campers liked basketball and soccer the best!
- Went to the learning commons for our last makers space of the school year.
- Talked about how animals care of their young.
- Learned about the different regions and landforms in Tunisia.
- Played a Mario Cart game in P.E. Ask me to explain it to you!
On Friday, June 23, outdoor and indoor Play / Sports Day activities for Grades 1-5 are planned. (There is no school for Kindergarten on Friday but Kindergarten will participate in Play/Sports Day activities with a Freezie on Thursday, June 22.) In line with the 2023 Calgary Stampede's theme, 'We're Greatest Together", activities will be planned to encourage the spirit of cooperation and collaboration. Students may dress in western wear on this day if they wish. Possible activities will include things such as:
The Hug & Go will be closed from 9:10 am (after drop off) until 12:30 pm to accommodate some of our outdoor Play/Sports Day activities. Mr. Freeze Freezies will be provided.
